Effective 7 September 2026 · Infinite Yagya LLC, a Florida limited liability company
What we collect, and why
Your name and email: to confirm your place, take payment, and send your Yagya recordings by private link to that email address.
The name to be spoken in the fire: passed to the Brahmins so it can be read in the Sankalpa. This is the product; without it there is nothing to perform.
Your intention: optional, and treated as the most sensitive thing you give us. See below.
How you reached us: if you arrive from an advert or a partner link, your browser carries a reference. We keep it in two small files of our own, _iy_src for sixty days and _iy_gclid for ninety, so we can tell which adverts pay for themselves. Neither holds your name.
That is the whole list of what we ask you for. Everyone who touches it, and everything your browser passes along on the way, is named below.
Intentions are sensitive
An intention can reveal your health, your grief, your finances, your family. We treat every intention as confidential: it is shared only with the Brahmins who perform your Yagya, through our supplier Healing Yagyas Wellness LLP (Vrindavan, India), who process it solely on our instructions and solely to perform the Yagya. Intentions are never published, never used in marketing, and never sold. You may always withhold your intention entirely; a Yagya can proceed on a name alone.
Who else touches your data
Healing Yagyas Wellness LLP receives names and intentions to perform the Yagyas.
Stripe takes the payment and holds your card details. We never see or store your card number.
Google Workspace holds the booking record. Your name, your email, the name to be read and your intention are written to a Google Sheet that our own staff read to run the Yagyas.
Cloudflare hosts this site and provides cookieless analytics: we see page counts, not people.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) provides the advertising pixel we use to measure our ads. It sets a cookie that shows us when someone who saw an ad visits or books.
Google Ads measures the same thing for our search adverts, and sets its own cookies to do it. When a Yagya is bought we tell Google and Meta that a sale happened and what it was worth. We never send them your name, your email or your intention.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site is set in, which means your browser asks Google for them as the page loads.
Calendly handles any call you book with us, and holds whatever you type into its own form.
Your browser's privacy settings can block the advertising ones, and the site works the same either way. If you have Do Not Track switched on, none of them load at all.
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.
Marketing is separate
Buying a Yagya never signs you up for marketing. If we offer a newsletter, it is a separate, optional choice, and every message carries an unsubscribe link that works.
Your rights
Wherever you live, and specifically under the GDPR and UK GDPR if you are in Europe: you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. One email to hello@infiniteyagya.com does it. Deleting your data ends future Yagyas for that name; recordings already delivered remain yours.
Where the data lives
Our systems are hosted in the United States; Yagya name lists are transmitted to India for performance. By purchasing, you ask us to make exactly that transfer, and we make it under the protections described above.
